The rain held off and the sun did its best but an icy wind blew through every layer I was wearing which left me wishing I’d brought an extra coat, pair of socks and gloves.
December isn’t the best time for working with willow out of doors but the residents of this nursing home were grateful and amused at my activity in the garden. Some brave residents, wrapped from top to toe, ventured out to take a closer look but I think they will enjoy the sculpture better this winter from the comfort of their sitting room.
