Somerset Arts Weeks is in full swing now and I am at venue 93 daily with my installation of contemporary work using natural materials and ceramics.
I have used daffodil, red hot poker, Sisyrinchium and soft rush leaves, twisting these into cordage for use as string or then stitched into other forms. There are large arches made from willow, silver birch, dogwood and hazel, wigwam structures, delicate nest forms….
These is a lot to see including an installation of cider art celebrating the Cider Renaissance with an opportunity to taste a range of Pilton’s ciders
