The Somerset tradition of working with willow seems to be running strong in the blood of local people as demand for willow weaving workshops remains strong. Last night I ran another successful event with participants making giant dragonflies to take home for their gardens “The workshops are fun and relaxed and I love the way the chatter subsides to deep concentration as the dragonflies take shape and everyone’s confidence with the willow grows”.
